Decathlon Launches “Run First, Decide Later” Campaign for KIPRUN Running Shoes in Singapore

Runners in Singapore can now test their running shoes the way they were meant to be used, on the road. Sporting goods retailer Decathlon has launched the #RunFirstDecideLater initiative, inviting runners to try its latest KIPRUN road running shoes risk-free.

Running from 13 March to 12 April, the campaign allows customers to purchase a pair of KIPRUN shoes and test them during actual runs. If the shoes do not meet their expectations in terms of comfort or fit, they can return them within 15 days for a full refund, with no questions asked.

The initiative reflects Decathlon’s belief that the true value of a running shoe can only be discovered during a real run rather than by simply trying it on in-store.

The campaign also aims to support Singapore’s expanding community of recreational and competitive runners who are looking for technical and reliable running gear at accessible prices.

KIPRUN footwear is designed by runners and developed in partnership with record-holding athletes, combining performance innovation with affordability.

As part of the campaign, Decathlon is highlighting several models in its KIPRUN road-running lineup, along with apparel and accessories designed for tropical running conditions.

The featured footwear includes:

  Designed with maximum cushioning and strong energy return for comfortable long-distance runs of up to 42km.

In addition to footwear, the collection also includes KIPRUN apparel, with prices starting from .90. The range features breathable shirts, singlets and 2-in-1 shorts designed to keep runners cool in Singapore’s humid climate, with practical features such as high-visibility elements and built-in storage pockets.

Runners can also complete their setup with KIPRUN accessories, including caps, visors, running belts, socks and hydration bottles, as well as nutrition products such as energy gels, recovery drinks and protein bars.

Try the Shoes on Singapore’s Biggest Treadmill

To celebrate the campaign, the Decathlon Singapore Lab will host a special in-store activation starting 24 March featuring a four-metre-long family-sized treadmill.

The unique installation invites runners to test the KIPRUN shoes together with friends and family in a fun, shared running experience. Participants can clock a few kilometres, compare different models and find the pair that best suits their running style before heading out for their next outdoor run.
