Coach Unveils First-Ever Coach Restaurant in Singapore at Jewel Changi Airport

Coach is serving up a new kind of luxury at Jewel Changi Airport with the grand opening of The Coach Restaurant Singapore. Launching on 31 October 2025, the new dining destination brings New York flair, fashion, and flavour under one iconic roof.

This debut makes Singapore the only city in the world to host The Coach Restaurant, The Coach Coffee Shop, and a newly revamped Coach retail store in one location.

A Slice of NYC at Jewel

Designed to channel the brand’s hometown spirit, the restaurant overlooks Jewel’s Rain Vortex and blends striking architecture with signature Coach details. Expect:

• A 56-seat dining room, including a 10-seat bar and chef’s counter for up-close views of the live woodfire kitchen
• New York–inspired interiors featuring cozy leather booths and even a full-size yellow taxi cab suspended overhead
• Stylish touches in glovetanned leather across menu covers, coasters, aprons, and tableware

Helmed by Head Chef Kurt Sombero (formerly of Burnt Ends and Meatsmith Little India), the menu celebrates classic American steakhouse culture with inventive New York nods.
