Mofusand Takes Over CapitaLand Malls in Southeast Asia’s Largest Kawaii Holiday Showcase

The holiday season just got a purr-fectly adorable upgrade! The beloved Mofusand cats have officially landed in Singapore for their first and largest showcase in Southeast Asia, transforming CapitaLand malls into a whimsical world of cuteness.

A Giant Debut at CQ @ Clarke Quay

It all began when a mysterious 8-metre-tall inflatable appeared at CQ @ Clarke Quay, leaving behind a trail of donut sprinkles and sparking curiosity among fans. The mystery was soon revealed to be Mofusand’s sweet Meow Donut, accompanied by a clowder of 25 smaller Mofusand cats dressed in quirky themes like Board Shark, Fruit Meow, and Coffee & Donuts.

The surprise debut marks the start of Mofusand Holidays at CapitaLand Malls, a travelling teaser trail that will see these lovable cats making two additional pop-up appearances on 25 October and 29 October at yet-to-be-revealed CapitaLand locations. Fans can follow @CapitaLandMallsSG for clues and submit their guesses via the CapitaStar app for a chance to win STAR$ rewards. (The first code was fully redeemed within just three hours on 23 October!)

Southeast Asia’s First-Ever Mofusand Holidays

The fun continues from 5 November 2025, when the Mofusand cats will take over 17 CapitaLand malls islandwide, bringing to life Southeast Asia’s largest Mofusand-themed Christmas collaboration. Each mall will feature immersive decorations, pop-up stores, and themed zones inspired by the series’ most beloved worlds:

  • Fruit Meow: Cats dressed as bananas, strawberries, and watermelons frolic among fruit stalls in a burst of colour and cheer.
  • Board Shark: Beach-ready kitties don shark suits and play by the waves with penguin pals and beach balls.
  • Coffee & Donuts: A cosy café wonderland filled with giant coffee cups, glowing donut props, and festive trees perfect for selfies.

The celebration reaches its adorable peak at Bugis Junction, home to the ultimate Mofusand Town, where all three themes come together for one un-fur-gettable experience. The iconic 8-metre Donut Mofusand will also make special returns at Capital Tower and Plaza Singapura for more photo-worthy moments.

A Feast of Cuteness and Rewards

Adding flavour to the festivities, Sushi Tei joins the fun with Mofusand’s first-ever Japanese F&B collaboration outside Japan, offering exclusive themed dishes for fans and foodies alike. Roving pop-up stores will also feature limited-edition Mofusand merchandise, from plushies to lifestyle accessories, perfect for gifts or collectibles.

To top it off, CapitaStar members can enjoy bonus STAR$ redemptions and festive surprises throughout the campaign. Shoppers can sign up via the CapitaStar app and follow @CapitaLandMallsSG on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to stay updated on all upcoming reveals and rewards.
