[Review] Snap and Go: We Tested UGREEN’s Latest Qi2 Power Bank and 2-in-1 Charger for Singapore

UGREEN’s new MagFlow Series arrives just in time to ride the rising wave of faster magnetic wireless charging, and after spending time with both the MagFlow Magnetic Power Bank 10000mAh 25W and the 2-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charger 25W, we are impressed, though there are trade-offs to be aware of. Here is a quick review of how they perform, what makes them interesting, and whether they might be worth your money.

Unboxing

What is Qi2 and Why it Matters

UGREEN’s MagFlow line leans heavily on the newer wireless charging standard called Qi2 which brings magnetic alignment (similar to Apple’s MagSafe) together with higher wireless power outputs at up to ~25W, improved thermal management, and greater compatibility.

Put simply, this latest open wireless charging protocol brings Magnetic Power Profile (MPP) to the masses so it is not just an Apple-exclusive feature anymore. Qi2 ensures that whether you are rocking the latest iPhone 17 series or the new Google Pixel 10 Pro XL, you are guaranteed fast, efficient charging with that satisfying snap of perfect magnetic alignment.

Additionally, while older chargers capped out at ~15W for magnetic wireless charging, the new MagFlow series from UGREEN go up to ~25W, a meaningful jump, especially for latest phones. If your phone supports the newer standard, you will get better wireless charging performance.

MagFlow Magnetic Power Bank 10000mAh 25W

The power bank is clearly designed for people who are always on the move. With its 10,000mAh capacity and support for Qi2 25W wireless charging, it can charge an iPhone 16 Pro from zero to 50 percent in just over half an hour, which is noticeably faster than the 15W wireless limit most of us are used to.

The magnets snap the phone securely into place and hold it steady even if you slip it into a bag while charging. A nice touch is the built-in USB-C cable, which supports 30W wired charging and doubles as a carry strap, so you do not have to dig around for an extra cable when you need a faster, more efficient connection.

A real-time digital display keeps track of battery percentage, and safety is well covered with multi-layer protections to prevent overheating or overcharging. It is not the lightest power bank out there, but it feels sturdy and dependable, and for many that trade-off is worth it.

2-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charger 25W

The MagFlow 2-in-1 Wireless Charger, meanwhile, feels right at home on a desk or nightstand. Its foldable stand makes it compact enough to travel with, yet sturdy enough to use daily as a primary charger.

It wirelessly powers an iPhone at up to 25W while topping up a pair of AirPods at the same time. The adjustable stand also works nicely with Apple’s StandBy mode, letting your phone double as a smart display at your bedside or work desk.

The only drawback is that while the build is solid, the hinge could feel more premium, and like many multi-device chargers, the footprint gets a little cramped when you try to charge everything at once. You will also need to pair it with a strong USB-C power adapter to hit full speeds, which is not included in the box. Still, as a travel-friendly dual charger, it makes a lot of sense for Apple users who want less clutter and more functionality.

Both devices do a good job of balancing speed, safety, and portability.

They are not perfect. Wireless charging is still less efficient than wired, and thermal throttling means speeds dip once things get warm, but compared to older solutions, these are genuinely faster and more practical. For techies who are ready to embrace Qi2, these MagFlow chargers are a timely upgrade.

Pricing and Availability

Priced at S$79.99 for the Magnetic Power Bank and S$76.99 for the 2-in-1 Wireless Charger, these products sit in a competitive sweet spot, offering premium Qi2 features without a prohibitive price tag. The entire UGREEN MagFlow series is available right now on major e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
