HONOR is set to debut the HONOR X9d in Singapore on 25 September 2025, a smartphone designed to redefine durability and battery life standards.
At its core is an ultra-large 8300mAh silicon-carbon battery, one of the biggest on the market today. With HONOR’s self-developed anti-aging algorithm, the battery promises over 80% capacity retention even after six years of use. Users can expect up to three days of uninterrupted power, eliminating the need for a power bank. Test results show the X9d delivering 52.5 hours of music streaming, 23.8 hours of video playback, 16.8 hours of gaming, and 12.3 hours of video calls on a single charge. The device also supports 7.5W reverse charging, letting it double as a portable power bank, and can withstand extreme temperatures from -30°C to 55°C. With Ultra Power Saving Mode, it can manage 60 minutes of calls with just 2% battery, while 66W HONOR SuperCharge rapidly revives power when needed.
On the durability front, the HONOR X9d is one of the toughest smartphones in the industry. It carries the SGS Triple Resistant Premium Performance Certification and SGS 5-Star Comprehensive Reliability Certification, making it resistant to drops from up to 2.5 meters. Reinforced with HONOR Ultra-Bounce Anti-Drop Technology, non-Newtonian fluid, and ultra-deep tempered glass, it can withstand rough impacts including 10 different stone surfaces and even air-gun shots.
Water protection is equally advanced. Featuring a three-layer water resistance structure (IP69K), the X9d endures splashes, dirty water, high-temperature rinses, and even ultra-high-pressure jets. It remains functional after 30 minutes underwater at 1.5 meters. With AI Heavy Rain Touch and AI Glove Touch, users can continue navigating smoothly in wet conditions or while wearing gloves.
Tech fans in Singapore will be among the first in the world to get their hands on the new HONOR X9d, available in four striking colors: Forest Green, Sunrise Gold, Midnight Black, and Reddish Brown.
