UNIQLO has taken its long-standing partnership with celebrated contemporary artist KAWS to the next level, naming him the brand’s first-ever Artist In Residence. Known for his bold, pop culture-inspired works, KAWS will collaborate with UNIQLO to further its “Art For All” philosophy through global art events, museum partnerships, and exclusive product development.
As Artist In Residence, KAWS will go beyond UT T-shirts, contributing fresh ideas for LifeWear collections and cultural collaborations. His inaugural LifeWear line is set to debut in Fall/Winter 2025. The role also opens doors for KAWS to connect with new creatives, help shape the UT Grand Prix competition, and appear alongside UNIQLO Global Brand Ambassadors at key events worldwide.
