KORIO Lands in Bugis with Second Outlet and New Signature Sandwiches

Beloved for its New York-inspired sandwiches and brioche doughnuts, KORIO has officially opened its second Singapore outlet in partnership with Zouk Group, this time in the heart of Bugis at Guoco Midtown II.

Opening its doors today, the new outlet welcomes both die-hard fans and curious first-timers with an expanded menu of KORIO’s greatest hits and all-new exclusives. With a refreshed dine-in space blending retro charm and industrial cool, diners can soak in the lively energy of an open kitchen while enjoying hearty, chef-driven comfort food.

Since launching in Telok Ayer in 2020, KORIO has become a cult favourite for its over-the-top grilled sarnies, fluffy brioche doughnuts, and bold flavours that consistently sell out.

New on the Menu, Same Iconic Comfort

The Bugis-exclusive Brisket Sandwich ($18.50) is a showstopper, stacked with tender, slow-cooked grass-fed brisket, pickled red onions, and zesty horseradish sauce on sourdough. Another standout is the loaded BLT Sandwich ($16.50), featuring crispy bacon, romaine, tomatoes, avocado, sunny-side-up egg, melted American cheese, and jalapeño ranch, all packed into a pillowy potato bun.

Fan favourites return too: the indulgent Grilled Cheese ($15) with a triple-cheese blend and caramelised onions, and the Sausage & Egg ($13) with a cheesy maple sausage patty, crispy hash brown, and egg on a toasted bun.

Also, check out KORIO’s iconic handmade brioche doughnuts crafted over an 18-hour fermentation process and perfected through more than 50 recipe trials. The bestselling Honey Sea Salt Doughnut ($5.50) makes a sweet comeback, alongside a rotating lineup of house-made glazes.

Drinks with a Twist

Pair your meal with a signature Honey Sea Salt Latte ($7.50), Sparkling Orange Espresso ($7), or refreshing house-brewed teas and lemonades—crafted to complement KORIO’s rich, flavour-forward fare.

The new KORIO outlet at Guoco Midtown II, 20 Tan Quee Lan Street #01-21, is open daily from 8am to 5pm, perfect for breakfast runs, lunchtime bites, or leisurely brunches. Right next door, you’ll also find The Plump Frenchman, Zouk Group’s first French restaurant, making this Bugis hotspot a must-visit for food lovers in the city.
