RSP Named Champion of Good 2025 for Design-Driven Social Impact

Singapore-based architectural and engineering group RSP has been honoured as a Champion of Good in the 2025 cohort by the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC)—the highest accolade under the Company of Good framework. As a first-time participant, RSP’s recognition underscores its dedication to design with purpose and its commitment to uplifting communities across the 12 markets it operates in.

The award was presented to Mr. Beh Swee Chiew, CEO of RSP, at the 2025 Company of Good Conference and Conferment, officiated by Minister for Health and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies, Mr. Ong Ye Kung, on 17 July.

Designing with Heart: Embedding Purpose Across Borders

RSP’s winning submission showcased a well-rounded, purpose-driven approach that permeates all facets of its business. With a workforce of over 1,000 employees worldwide, the company has integrated social responsibility into its core through leadership advocacy, meaningful staff engagement, and strategic decision-making aligned with its mission of building for good.

A Legacy of Creative Contribution

Beyond its design excellence, RSP has cultivated a track record of meaningful community engagement. It previously received the Patron of the Arts Award for its partnership with the National Museum of Singapore, where its StoreyLab division helped conceptualise Reunion Café, a welcoming space designed to foster interaction among seniors.

RSP also spearheads the RSP Academy, which hosts international cultural exchanges and workshops for architecture students, nurturing the next generation of socially conscious designers.

Hands-On Help with EPIC Homes

Reinforcing its belief that great design goes hand in hand with positive impact, RSP joined forces with EPIC Homes, a programme by the Singapore Institute of Architects, to help build homes for underserved communities.
