Guzman y Gomez (GYG) is turning up the heat this SG60 season with a bold new creation that blends the best of Singaporean and Mexican flavours—introducing the Laksa Barramundi, available for a limited time only from 15 July to 24 August 2025.
Paying tribute to Singapore’s beloved laksa, this exclusive filling features tender, pan-seared barramundi fillets smothered in a rich, homemade laksa sauce made with a fragrant blend of dried shrimp, candlenut, turmeric, galangal, lemongrass, and fresh laksa leaves. The real star? A luscious coconut milk base sourced from The Coconut Club’s premium cold-pressed ‘White Sutera’ blend, made from Kampong and Mawa coconuts for a velvety finish that adds depth and indulgence.
This limited-time dish is a celebration of Singaporean heritage—reimagined GYG-style. Best of all, it stays true to the brand’s 100% Clean commitment: no preservatives, artificial colours, flavours, or unacceptable additives. Every component is prepped fresh in-store, from the fish to the finishing herbs, proving once again that fast food can be both delicious and wholesome.
Diners can savour the Laksa Barramundi in their favourite GYG formats—Burritos, Bowls, Tacos, Quesadillas and more (except the $3 Taco)—with just a $1 top-up. Available across all GYG restaurants, online platforms, and delivery apps.
