Dian Xiao Er Splashes into SG60 with Singapore’s First-Ever Water Theme Park Duck Race at Adventure Cove

Get ready to dive into fun this July as Dian Xiao Er rolls out Singapore’s first and largest duck race in a water theme park — the DD.Duck Race 2025! Happening on 22 July 2025 at Adventure Cove Waterpark, this one-of-a-kind event will see 20,000 uniquely numbered DD.Ducks released into the park’s 620-meter Adventure River for a race like no other.

The race marks a major milestone for the homegrown restaurant brand, coinciding with the launch of Dian Xiao Er’s brand-new Super App — a full-featured digital platform developed with local tech partners to streamline operations, go paperless, and boost sustainability efforts across its outlets.

Quack Up for Big Wins

The first duck to paddle across the finish line wins its owner a grand prize of $10,000, with runner-up prizes of $3,000 for two winners and $1,000 each for three more. Best of all, every entry contributes $1 to Dian Xiao Er’s partnered charity, supporting community outreach and meaningful causes.

To enter, customers just need to spend a minimum of $60 in a single receipt at any Dian Xiao Er outlet via the Dian Xiao Er app from 17 June to 21 July. Pay with DBS PayLah! for a bonus entry! Each entry comes with a unique e-certificate that matches a DD.Duck in the race and serves as proof for prize redemption.

DD.Duck Takes Over Adventure Cove

From a towering 2.25m inflatable DD.Duck at the entrance to six playful photo installations scattered across the park — think durian-loving ducks and beachy vibes — visitors are in for a visual treat. It’s an Instagram-worthy trail the whole family can enjoy, adding a splash of fun to every corner of the waterpark.

Carnival Fun All Summer Long

From 1 July to 31 August, the celebration continues with the DD.Duck Cove Carnival, featuring:

  • Weekend DD.Duck Mascot Parades
  • Exclusive DD.Duck-themed merchandise (backpacks, tumblers, and more)
  • Dian Xiao Er Summer Meals at The Bay Restaurant, with dishes like:

    • Herbal Duck Leg Rice – $17
    • Ginseng Chicken Rice – $14
