Travel Meet Asia 2025 Wraps with Over 1,000 Attendees and 5,215 Business Appointments in Jakarta

Travel Meet Asia 2025 concluded on a high note after two action-packed days of business exchange, thought leadership, and industry networking at Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue. Held from 25 to 26 June and organised by Messe Berlin Asia Pacific, the event welcomed more than 1,000 travel trade professionals and facilitated over 5,215 targeted business appointments—solidifying its role as one of Asia’s premier B2B platforms for the travel and tourism industry.

The event was officially opened by Ni Made Ayu Marthini, Deputy Minister for Marketing at Indonesia’s Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, affirming Indonesia’s central role in the regional travel landscape.

Travel Meet Asia 2025 showcased a strong international presence with leading travel and hospitality brands such as The Ascott Limited, Meliá Hotels International, Resorts World Sentosa, Miki Travel, DidaTravel, Business Events Sarawak, and Ama Waterways among the exhibitors. Participants also included key players from across Asia like Tokyu Hotels, Bintan Resorts, Heritance Aarah & Adaaran Resorts, and Seeru—creating vibrant opportunities for collaboration across accommodation, travel tech, MICE, and tour operations.

This year’s conference featured 22 sessions over 640 minutes, packed with valuable insights from 40 high-profile speakers. Topics ranged from destination marketing and travel tech to business travel and sustainability. Notable speakers included:
