Yunnan Wild Mushroom & Fish Maw Dumpling

Packed with rare Yunnan mushrooms (porcini, thelephora, sarcodon imbricatus), dried scallops, abalone, and salted meat for a deep umami taste.

Trio Date Sweet Dumpling

A naturally sweet treat with honey dates, red dates, southern jujube, red bean paste, quinoa, and glutinous rice, paired with Sweet Tangerine Sauce.
