Springy, Sweet, and Full of Heart: Bǎo Bāo (宝包)’s “Love You, Mummy” Mantou (爱心馒头) for Mother’s Day

This Mother’s Day, Bǎo Bāo (宝包), the artisanal bao kiosk at ION Orchard, is offering a tribute to mums with its limited-edition “Love You, Mummy” Mantou (爱心馒头):

Available from 5 to 11 May, this heart-shaped delight is crafted with vibrant dragon fruit purée and a natural yeast starter cultivated in-house for over 20 years, resulting in a springy, chewy texture.

The “Love You, Mummy” Mantou is best enjoyed with Bǎo Bāo’s housemade dipping sauces – a rich, velvety chocolate and a smooth, classic orh nee (yam).

Priced at $8.80 for a box of two mantous and two sauces (one flavour each), customers can enjoy a $2 discount for each box when purchasing 10 baos from Bǎo Bāo’s regular offerings:
