Marriott International and CG Hospitality have signed an agreement to debut The Farm at San Benito, Autograph Collection—the first Autograph Collection resort in the Philippines. This transformative wellness destination is set to open its doors to guests by Q3 2025, bringing Marriott’s signature boutique luxury to the country’s most celebrated holistic retreat.

Located in Lipa City, Batangas, just 90 minutes from Metro Manila, The Farm at San Benito spans 52 hectares of lush forested grounds, offering a serene sanctuary for personal renewal. Known globally for its integrative approach to wellness, the resort will embrace Autograph Collection’s brand ethos of being “Exactly Like Nothing Else,” with thoughtfully curated experiences centered on healing, mindfulness, and holistic care.
