Comic fans, gamers, and curious readers—get ready to geek out! The National Library Board (NLB), in collaboration with JTC and local board game studio Origame, has launched a brand-new Comics and Games Pop-Up Library at Punggol Coast Mall, right in the heart of the Punggol Digital District.
Open now, this vibrant self-service library features over 7,000 comics, graphic novels, game-themed reads, and board games, inviting readers of all ages to dive into a universe of stories and strategy. Designed with fun in mind, the colourful space includes cosy seating, separate sections for adults and children, and a dedicated area for interactive board game play.

The pop-up also features StoryGen, an interactive AI-powered experience by NLB and Amazon Web Services. Visitors can remix classics like The Wizard of Oz or Sang Nila Utama into Manga-style adventures, while learning about digital literacy and the ins and outs of Generative AI through NLB’s Read to be S.U.R.E. initiative.
