A Culinary Playground for All Generations

This new food hall isn’t just about convenience—it’s a culinary destination. From MICHELIN-recommended Malay and Indonesian delights to Balinese beach eats, salt-baked specialties, Thai street food, and Sichuan Mala, there’s something to tempt every palate. Health-conscious diners can enjoy herbal soups and farm-to-table fish soups, while seafood lovers can indulge in fresh oysters and sashimi, perfectly paired with premium wines, whiskies, mocktails, or artisanal cocktails.

Meet the Flint Specialty Grill & Bar

Elevating the Western cuisine concept, the Flint Specialty Grill & Bar introduces a dedicated bar area within the food hall. Sip on signature cocktails like the Kumquat Mojito, Singapore Sling, or Mai Tai, enjoy refreshing mocktails, or wind down with a glass of wine or artisanal coffee—all alongside a satisfying meal.

A Modern Space Rooted in Heritage

Situated near Singapore’s eastern coastline in Marine Parade, the new outlet features calming blue hues and contemporary design elements. The Family Cove area, developed in collaboration with The Intan, showcases a stunning wall mural inspired by Peranakan porcelain peony motifs, symbolising cultural heritage, beauty, and prosperity.

Sustainable and Smart Dining

Kopitiam is also making sustainability part of the dining experience. Its Kopi Kiosk promotes waste reduction through a strawless, less-ice policy, while the BYOC (Bring Your Own Cup) program rewards customers with a 10-cent discount. Plus, paying with the FairPrice app unlocks 10% off, additional promos, challenges, and the chance to redeem Linkpoints for meals. NTUC members can also enjoy a Signature Breakfast Set at just $3, available daily from 7am to 11am.
