Bowmore & Aston Martin Reveal ARC-54: A Rare Union of Whisky Mastery and Hypercar Design

Bowmore and Aston Martin have unveiled the final chapter of their trailblazing ARC Series with the debut of Bowmore ARC-54—a 54-year-old single malt masterpiece presented in a stunning decanter inspired by the design of the Aston Martin Valkyrie hypercar.

Distilled in November 1968, this ultra-rare expression reflects Bowmore’s enduring commitment to time-honored craft. Aged for over five decades in both 2nd Fill European Oak Sherry Butt and 3rd Fill American Oak Hogshead, the spirit was united for 15 months using the Golden Ratio (61.8% European Oak, 38.2% American Oak), creating an extraordinary whisky with infinite layers of flavor and a profound sense of depth.

Limited to just 130 handblown decanters worldwide, each bottle is a visual and tactile tribute to both brands’ obsession with design and precision. The decanter takes inspiration from the aerodynamic curves and venturi tunnels of the Aston Martin Valkyrie—details that also echo the natural, fluid forms of Islay’s rugged landscape. The result is a sculptural glasswork that captures motion, light, and the golden tones of the whisky within.

On the palate, Bowmore ARC-54 offers a multi-sensory journey—zesty citrus, delicate florals, salted caramel, spiced ginger, cinnamon, and a signature touch of peat smoke. A celebration of craftsmanship, innovation, and heritage, ARC-54 is the pinnacle of the Bowmore-Aston Martin collaboration.

The Bowmore Sherry Oak Collection Arrives in Singapore

Also coming this April is the Bowmore Sherry Oak Collection, which celebrates the distillery’s mastery of European oak casks. Available in Singapore, this curated range includes:

• 12-Year-Old – A balance of sweet spice, nuttiness, and gentle smoke.
• 15-Year-Old – A richer profile with first-fill Oloroso sherry sweetness, minerality, and subtle smoke.
• 18-Year-Old – A luxurious finish of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez casks, bringing vibrant fruit and Bowmore’s signature peated elegance.
