The Singapore Computer Society (SCS), in partnership with the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), has officially launched the 4th edition of the Singapore 100 Women in Tech (SG100WIT) Awards. This prestigious initiative, part of the Singapore Women in Tech (SGWIT) movement, celebrates the achievements of women in Singapore’s tech industry, inspiring more women to pursue careers in STEM and drive technological advancements.
Under the theme “Empowering Yourself, Inspiring Others”, SG100WIT 2025 will recognize 100 outstanding women across two categories:
Following SG100WIT 2023’s record-breaking 800 nominations, this year’s edition coincides with Singapore’s 60th birthday, marking a milestone celebration of the contributions of women in tech across generations.
Past SG100WIT honourees have come from diverse sectors, including ICT, data science, and business entrepreneurship. A distinguished panel of judges from academia, industry, and business, chaired by Professor Alex Siow (SCS Honorary Fellow and Professor at the National University of Singapore), will oversee the selection process.
The final 100 honourees will be celebrated at a special ceremony in August 2025, with a series of inspirational events designed to empower future generations of women in tech.
Nominations are open from 17 March 2025 to 30 April 2025. Individuals and corporations can submit nominations here.
