Scoot, the low-cost arm of Singapore Airlines (SIA), announces direct flights to Vienna, Austria, and Iloilo City, Philippines. These new routes offer travelers more opportunities to discover the world at unbeatable value.
Starting 3 June 2025, Scoot will operate three weekly flights to Vienna aboard the Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, with 329 seats across two cabin classes. Vienna, famed for its rich musical heritage as the birthplace of Mozart and Strauss, offers a magical blend of cultural history and architectural grandeur.
Vienna’s central location makes it the perfect gateway to explore Eastern Europe. Scenic road trips can take you to nearby destinations like Bratislava, just 50 kilometers from Vienna Airport, or iconic cities like Budapest, Prague, and Ljubljana, all within a three-hour drive.
Flights to Iloilo City will begin on 14 April 2025 aboard the Embraer E190-E2 aircraft, offering twice-weekly service, which will increase to four weekly flights from June 2025. Known for its Spanish-era churches and the vibrant Dinagyang Festival, Iloilo City is a vibrant getaway for travelers seeking culture, history, and a dose of tropical charm.
