The Kueh Kosui is a delightful homage to heritage, made with the fragrant richness of gula melaka handpicked by Chef Damian himself.

Freshly steamed and pillowy-soft, each bite is coated in freshly grated coconut. The kueh is lightly salted to balance the sweetness, a family recipe that has stood the test of time for over 130 years.

Celebrating the versatility of tapioca, the Kueh Bengka is a golden-brown masterpiece with a springy texture enriched by coconut milk and pandan.

Paired with a luscious gula melaka syrup, this kueh achieves the perfect harmony of flavours and textures, making it a festive delight.
