A Brave 5-Year-Old’s Battle: Little Zara’s Fight Against Stage 4 Cancer

Five-year-old Nur Zara was a joyful, playful child who loved singing nursery rhymes and painting with bright colors. But her world turned upside down when she was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer no child should ever have to face.

A Heartbreaking Journey

Zara’s symptoms were initially misdiagnosed as minor inflammation, despite her worsening condition. It wasn’t until she lost the ability to walk due to excruciating spinal pain that doctors uncovered the devastating truth.

Since then, Zara’s battle has been relentless. She has undergone:

  • Surgery
  • Numerous rounds of chemotherapy
  • A bone marrow transplant
  • Wearing a body cast to support her fractured spine.

Through it all, Zara’s strength shines, but her journey is far from over.

A Race Against Time

Zara now urgently needs Qarziba, a life-saving immune-boosting medication. However, the cost of this treatment stands at a staggering SGD 93,000—a price no family can face alone.

Her mother, heartbroken but determined, shares Zara’s constant plea: “When will I feel better, Mama?”

How You Can Help

Zara’s story is a powerful reminder that no child should lose their innocence to cancer. You can be part of her miracle by helping to raise funds for her critical treatment.

All donations will be managed by the CCEP Foundation and paid directly to the hospital.
