Grand Hyatt Singapore is set to welcome guests for its first festive season after completing a multi-year renovation. Expect a treasure trove of culinary surprises from their F&B offerings this year, hungry for a triumphant return to Singapore.

This year, the hotel invites everyone to “Come Home for Christmas,” offering a luxurious celebration of tradition, comfort, and joyous reunions in its newly transformed spaces.

Located on the Lobby Level, The Shop returns with a revamped interior and a wide selection of gourmet gifts and festive takeaways. Highlights include:

  • Slow-Roasted Whole Christmas Tom Turkey (5kg) served with gravy and cranberry sauce
  • Classic Baked Ham glazed with maple-mustard, served with rum and raisin sauce
  • Gingerbread Houses, Marzipan Stollen, and handcrafted pralines
  • Yule Log Cakes in flavours such as coconut praline and lime, and raspberry cream cheese

Orders for festive packages are now open online, with a 20% discount for purchases made before 30 November. Complimentary delivery is available for orders exceeding S$1,000, and self-collection has started from 25 November 2024.

Grand Hyatt Singapore’s dining venues have curated special menus for the festive season:

Pete’s Place

The Italian trattoria offers a Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day brunch buffet starting from S$128 per adult and S$64 per child. Seasonal dishes include Italian Prime Rib Roast and Cacciucco alla Livornese seafood stew. Beverage packages are available for an additional S$68. A New Year’s Eve buffet starts at S$148 per adult and S$74 per child.

StraitsKitchen

Celebrate Singapore’s culinary heritage with festive dishes like Pineapple Stuffed Tom Turkey Roast, Roasted Hainanese Style Duck, and Sambal-Marinated Barramundi Fillet. Buffets are priced from S$118 per adult and S$65 per child for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, with New Year’s Eve options starting at S$88 per adult and S$52 per child.

Oasis

This poolside restaurant offers a tropical twist with a barbecue-inspired festive menu. Highlights include Baked Rock Oysters, Barbecued Christmas Turkey Roll, and Lobster Thermidor. A la carte offerings are available throughout December.

Le Pristine Singapore
