Snow City Singapore has launched a new suite of attractions, including the record-breaking Glacier Luge, an extended ice gallery, and Singapore’s first real snowfall experience. The revamped Snow City now features four immersive adventure zones, offering visitors an exciting and expanded winter wonderland in the tropics.
Among the highlights is the three-storey, 120-meter Glacier Luge, which was officially certified by the Singapore Book of Records as the longest of its kind in Singapore. The new Glacier Luge, alongside Snow City’s first bumper car arena on ice, provides visitors of all ages with unique opportunities for thrilling rides. Built over 2.5 months with an investment of S$1.2 million, the revamped facilities utilized 1,300 ice blocks to bring the experience to life.
Rainbow Frosty Playground
This colourful, 30-meter-long ice gallery showcases interactive displays made entirely of solid-colored ice blocks, created in partnership with Shenhu Ice Singapore. Visitors can enjoy vibrant sculptures, including a racing car, ice cream wall, chef’s house, and ice fairy garden, with plenty of photo opportunities.
Glacier Rush
Next to Snow City’s original snow slide, this new 120-meter Glacier Luge features glowing ice sculptures and twists. Open to visitors aged seven and above, this ride, certified by the Singapore Book of Records, promises an adrenaline-packed experience.
Snow Village
Designed to capture the charm of the Alps, the Snow Village offers soft, real snowfall, allowing children to explore a mini-ice maze and play in a snowy field, perfect for building snowmen and creating winter memories.
Drift on Ice Arena
Snow City’s popular bumper car arena on ice continues to be a crowd favorite, providing a thrilling, record-setting activity unique to Singapore.
“With advancements in technology, we have made our vision for what was initially impossible years ago come to life. These enhancements not only celebrate the legacy we’ve built over the years but also set the stage for a world-class edutainment experience on ice.” Shared Norazani Shaiddin, General Manager of Snow City Singapore.
