Pixel 9 Pro Launches in Singapore with AI-Powered Upgrades and New #PixelDrop Features

Exciting news for tech enthusiasts in Singapore: the highly anticipated Pixel 9 Pro will hit shelves on October 24. The latest addition to Google’s lineup, powered by the advanced Tensor G4 chip, comes with a host of innovative features, including a brighter display, enhanced AI-powered camera, and faster charging capabilities. Priced from S$1,459, the Pixel 9 Pro will be available at major retailers like Google Store, Amazon SG, Challenger, COURTS, Singtel, Shopee, Lazada, and SprintCass (Airport).

With a 6.8-inch Super Actua display, the Pixel 9 Pro offers a vibrant and immersive experience, now available in a smaller size for those who prefer a more compact device. The temperature sensor adds a unique touch, and the upgraded camera promises stunning visuals, making this a must-have for photography enthusiasts.

Pixel Drop Brings AI-Powered Enhancements

In conjunction with the Pixel 9 Pro launch, the latest Pixel Drop introduces a series of AI-driven updates and new features across Pixel devices, enhancing performance and user experience. Key highlights include:

  • AI-powered enhancements: Hands-free conversations with Gemini on Pixel Buds and the new Audio Magic Eraser, which isolates sounds in videos for clearer vocals.
  • Camera upgrades: Enhanced underwater photography, improved astrophotography via Night Sight, and high-quality low-light photos directly in Instagram.
  • Helpful device features: The Pixel Weather app now includes AQI and humidity data, a thermometer app for precise temperature readings, and seamless widget previewing via long-press on the home screen.
  • Security upgrades: Theft Detection Lock uses AI to secure your phone if stolen, while Android 15’s Private Space locks sensitive apps with a separate PIN.

These updates will begin rolling out today, enhancing previous Pixel phones, tablets, and watches with improved AI, security, and convenience features.
