Glenfiddich debuts its newest limited edition release, Grand Château. Part of the renowned Grand Series, this exclusive whisky marks a bold fusion of luxury worlds by finishing its 31-year-old spirit in Bordeaux red wine casks for an extraordinary nine years.
A Unique Marriage of Flavours
The Grand Château whisky begins its journey in American oak casks before being transferred to exceptional red wine casks from Bordeaux, one of France’s most prestigious wine regions. This extended nine-year finish imparts a rich tapestry of indulgent flavours, blending caramelised cherry and apple with warming spice and toasted oak, creating a fruity yet floral profile with opulent depth.
A Celebration of Art and Whisky
Glenfiddich has also collaborated with renowned French street artist André Saraiva to elevate the Grand Château experience. Saraiva’s playful and signature ‘Mr.A’ character graces the limited edition display boxes, disrupting the traditional Toile de Jouy print with his contemporary, global style. The design reflects the unique combination of Speyside and Bordeaux, with only 250 of these exclusive boxes available worldwide—including 9 units in Singapore, distributed via a ballot.
