[Up to 50% Off Opening Promotion] Chamoon Hot Pot (享月汤皇) Opens First Overseas Outlet in Singapore, Specalises in Clear Soup Bases

Chamoon Hot Pot (享月汤皇), a hot pot chain from China that specialises in clear soup bases, has opened its first overseas branch in Singapore, bringing with it a unique dining experience that has already garnered over 1.2 million members across China:

Known for its healthier, nourishing hot pots, Chamoon seeks to deliver premium ingredients and exceptional service in an elegant setting. For hot pot lovers who are on a diet or would like to go for a healthier alternative once in a while, Chamoon is a welcome addition to the hot pot scene in Singapore.

We were invited for a dinner tasting for two and sampled one of their Opening Special set menus.

The restaurant, located at Scotts Square, offers a variety of signature soup bases, including the Truffle-Based Matsutake Mushroom Broth and the Singapore-exclusive Mala Broth.

Truffle-Based Matsutake Mushroom Broth

Each soup is individually portioned, ensuring that diners enjoy a personalised hot pot experience. This does make it more exquisite, but it is harder for sharing of soup bases to try different flavours together.

Chamoon prides itself on using only the freshest ingredients, with seafood like prawns and mushrooms retaining their natural juiciness and flavour. The live tiger prawn served to us was still kicking.

For its opening promotion, Chamoon Hot Pot is offering an incredible deal for diners:

This is a great deal to try out Chamoon, with heftier discounts if you were to visit them earlier and progressively reduced later along the line.

In addition to hot pot, the restaurant offers a selection of special cold dishes, snacks, and sides to complement the main courses.

Overall, Chamoon presents a differentiated hot pot experience that will appeal to those who prefer a more elevated and less communal dining experience with its individual serving pot as well as those who would prefer a healthier alternative with its specialty in clear soup base.
