Get ready, gaming enthusiasts! Campus Game Fest (CGF) 2024 is back after a five-year hiatus, and it promises to be bigger and better than ever. Taking place on October 26 and 27, 2024, from 10 AM to 9 PM at ITE College Central, CGF is set to reclaim its title as Singapore’s premier community gaming festival in Southeast Asia.
This year’s fest not only celebrates gaming but also emphasizes the importance of esports education. In partnership with various educational institutions and community associations, CGF aims to build a sustainable esports ecosystem that nurtures student interests and talents while providing access to educational opportunities.
As esports rapidly gains traction in the ASEAN region, CGF serves as a crucial platform for emerging talent. The Asia Pacific Predator League will host the Singapore Qualifier with an impressive S$10,000 prize pool, attracting competitive gamers from all around. Additionally, the Campus Legends Invitational will feature Southeast Asia’s top collegiate teams battling it out in popular titles like Street Fighter 6 and Mobile Legends, vying for honor and glory on behalf of their schools and countries.
One of the highlights of the festival is the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang tournament, where champions from six Southeast Asian nations will compete for national pride. Furthermore, Tencent will host a live watch party for the Honor of Kings Community Day, bringing fans together for an unforgettable viewing experience.
