Blue Bottle Coffee has officially arrived in Singapore, marking its first venture into Southeast Asia with the launch of a retail store and exhibition at the newly opened LUMINE Singapore flagship in Raffles City Shopping Centre. After entering the Singapore market on August 27, this exciting debut celebrates the brand’s unique blend of California roots and Japanese influences. Visitors can immerse themselves in the rich heritage of coffee brewing while exploring the brand’s partnership with LUMINE and its passion for specialty coffee.
At the heart of the space is a gift shop featuring Blue Bottle’s signature offerings, from their innovative instant craft coffee to premium matcha. Highlights include the smooth Craft Instant Espresso (S$24), the New Orleans-Style Craft Instant Coffee Blend (S$24), and the ceremonial-grade Craft Matcha (S$51) from Uji, Japan. Coffee enthusiasts can also shop a variety of exclusive merchandise, including drinkware and accessories, as well as the Singapore-exclusive Tote Bag (S$39).
Running from August 31, the exhibition takes visitors on a journey through Blue Bottle Coffee’s 20-year history. From its humble beginnings in the California Bay Area to its expansion into Japan, the exhibit showcases the brand’s evolution and its pioneering development of Craft Instant Coffee. Visitors will also discover the artistry behind three iconic brewing tools — the Oji Water Dripper, Syphon, and Nel Drip — which reflect Blue Bottle’s commitment to precision, craftsmanship, and coffee culture.
