Singapore just got more colorful with the arrival of Lacquerland, the world’s first custom nail polish and gel retail studio, now open at Phoenix Park, Tanglin. This exclusive pop-up, running until 31 October 2024, offers a unique experience for those who want to create their own nail polish shades.
The highlight of Lacquerland is the Signature Shades Workshop, where visitors can work with an in-house colorist to craft their very own custom nail or gel polish color. Tailored to match your skin tone and fashion style, each polish is bottled on the spot, complete with a personalized name label, offering a one-of-a-kind, personalized beauty experience.
Planning a special event? Lacquerland’s Glitter Buffet is perfect for birthdays, bridal parties, or corporate gatherings. With over 70 glitter polish options, you can mix and match to create your custom glitter polish in just 10 minutes. It’s a fun, creative way to add some sparkle to your celebrations.
Beyond nail polish, Lacquerland offers a variety of hands-on workshops throughout the day. From personal color discovery sessions to crafting lessons in glitter slime, tie-dye, and embroidery, there’s something for everyone, regardless of skill level. Visitors can take home their unique creations, making each workshop a memorable experience.
Lacquerland is the latest venture by Singapore’s own Nail Deck, a brand known for its focus on catering to the diverse skin tones of Singapore’s community. Founder Daryl Chew notes that this bespoke experience addresses a gap in the market that mass-produced nail polish brands have yet to fill.
