Singapore Flyer has introduced a new culinary adventure with its Skyline Lunch Experience, blending gourmet dining with stunning views from 165 meters high on one of the world’s largest observation wheels. This revolving dining experience features a refined five-course Cantonese-style set menu, perfect for couples, families, and corporate groups seeking a unique daytime dining option.
The Skyline Lunch Experience caters to various occasions, from casual lunch dates and family gatherings to business meetings. The menu is meticulously crafted by the culinary team from Sky View Pavilion, an award-winning restaurant known for its exquisite Cantonese cuisine. Located within the Singapore Flyer premises, Sky View Pavilion brings its expertise to this one-of-a-kind lunch, delivering an unmatched dining experience.
The culinary journey begins with a specially curated dim sum trio platter, followed by nourishing double-boiled chicken soup and osmanthus-smoked cod brimming with robust flavors. Guests can then enjoy luxurious lotus leaf rice with 10-head South African abalone, the meal’s highlight, before ending on a refreshing note with lemongrass jelly adorned with assorted fruits. Throughout the 60-minute experience, spanning two rotations on the Singapore Flyer, guests will be attended to by a dedicated in-capsule host.
For those seeking a more private setting, the Private Skyline Lunch Experience offers an exclusive dining option, comfortably seating up to 10 persons for $1,500++. This package allows guests to indulge in an intimate lunch while enjoying breathtaking views of the city skyline from the privacy of their own capsule.
The Skyline Lunch Experience will be available daily starting August 23 to November 25, 2024. However, it will not be available from 19 to 23 September.
The experience costs $300 nett for two persons in a shared capsule, with one seating at 12:30 PM, accommodating only 20 guests per day. This ensures unparalleled exclusivity and comfort in spacious capsules that seat up to 10 persons. Guests will enjoy seamless service with escorted priority boarding from the VIP Lounge and complimentary admission to the immersive Time Capsule, where they can explore Singapore’s rich history after the meal.
Tickets can be purchased through the Singapore Flyer’s website and the WeChat Mini Programme.
