TungLok Group is celebrating its 40th anniversary with a month-long culinary extravaganza across six of its renowned restaurants. From TungLok Signatures to LingZhi Vegetarian Restaurant, diners can indulge in thirteen specially curated dishes available exclusively throughout July 2024.

Crafted over two months of meticulous research and development, these dishes epitomize TungLok’s four decades of culinary excellence. Each dish is a tribute to the quintessential flavors of Chinese cuisine, showcasing the group’s commitment to culinary artistry.

TungLok Signatures

Senior Executive Chef Li Man introduces three new dishes. Guests can savor the classic Magical Crane, featuring shark’s fin stuffed in MD2 chicken drumstick with a flavorful soup. Other highlights include silky beancurd with river prawn, crab meat, and roe, and flaky cod fish prepared in two ways with savory Spanish ham.

TungLok Peking Duck

Experience the Braised Sea Cucumber’s crab rendition, featuring 800g of succulent live crab with deep-fried fish maw and mushroom. Also, try the de-shelled Australian lobster in fragrant chicken soup and marble goby fillets with piquant vinegar.

Tóng Lè Private Dining

Singapore’s only revolving restaurant offers elevated classics like dong po pork belly and Buddha Jumps Over the Wall. End your meal with a luxurious double-boiled almond soya pudding topped with premium cave bird’s nest.

TungLok Teahouse

Enjoy dim sum and Cantonese classics like stir-fried prawn, scallop, and crab meat atop steamed egg, and prawn mousse-stuffed fortune pouch with abalone. The “mystery box” dessert from the anniversary dinner is also available.

TungLok Seafood

Delve into braised chicken in claypot with tender chicken and abalone in succulent chou hou paste. Curry lovers can enjoy approximately 1kg of Australian lobster stir-fried with fragrant dried curry.

LingZhi Vegetarian Restaurant

A six-course set menu features highlights like winter melon stuffed with bird’s nest on dragon ear fungus and red mushroom broth, and plant-based meat with mozzarella cheese encased in crispy vermicelli with dragon fruit and sweet and sour sauce.
