Radisson Hotel Group to Launch Radisson RED Bangkok Sukhumvit 18 in the Heart of Bangkok

Radisson Hotel Group is set to make a vibrant addition to Bangkok’s hospitality scene with the introduction of the city’s first Radisson RED hotel: Radisson RED Bangkok Sukhumvit 18. This stylish, art-inspired lifestyle hotel is slated to debut in the fourth quarter of 2025, following a playful reimagining and rebranding of the popular Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18.

Radisson RED brings a playful twist to conventional hospitality with original artworks, inspiring interiors, and seamless social spaces designed to let savvy travelers relax and soak in the city’s vibrant spirit. Situated in the heart of Sukhumvit, the trendy (upper-) upscale hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, bars, street food, and more, making it the perfect base for adventure-seeking urban explorers.

Exciting Features and Amenities

Opening in Q4 2025, Radisson RED Bangkok Sukhumvit 18 will feature 125 redesigned rooms, each equipped with super-comfy RED Beds, power showers, and cutting-edge technology, including high-speed Wi-Fi and smart solutions. Guests can relax, check-in on Instagram, and mingle with fellow travelers in fully connected public spaces. The hotel also boasts a fitness center for workouts and a rooftop pool and bar for unwinding. For corporate visitors, bright meeting rooms will inject new life into business events.

Prime Location

The hotel’s prime location offers easy access to the Asok BTS skytrain and Sukhumvit MRT subway stations, putting the entire city within reach. Nearby attractions include the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center and the serene Benchakitti Park with its lakes, lawns, and pathways.

Strategic Expansion in Thailand

Thailand remains a key market for Radisson Hotel Group, which has a robust portfolio of 14 hotels currently operating and under development. This includes Radisson RED Phuket Patong Beach, set to become the country’s first Radisson RED hotel upon opening. This expansion highlights Radisson Hotel Group’s commitment to pioneering social hospitality and setting new industry standards across Southeast Asia.
