ALEXANDER 23 Announces ‘American Boy in Asia Tour’ with Stops in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore

Multifaceted singer, songwriter, and producer Alexander 23 is gearing up for his highly anticipated ‘American Boy in Asia Tour’ this June. The tour will kick off at the Seoul Jazz Festival in Korea, followed by performances in major cities across Asia, including Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

Tour Dates for ‘American Boy in Asia Tour’:

  • June 4: Tokyo, Japan @ WWWX
  • June 6: Shanghai, China @ Bandai Namco Hall
  • June 8: Guangzhou, China @ Tai Space

In addition to the tour excitement, Alexander 23 has collaborated with pop sensations Jeremy Zucker and Lauv on their latest single, “Cozy.” This fresh release highlights Alexander’s unique musical style, adding depth to the trio’s dynamic sound. The song, with lyrics like “but when you kiss me, it’s so cozy, and I don’t know what it means,” encapsulates the warmth and intimacy of being with a loved one.

The accompanying music video, inspired by the fan-favorite movie ‘Step Brothers,’ features Alexander 23, Jeremy Zucker, and Lauv as three best friends enjoying an epic sleepover. From brushing each other’s hair to pillow fights and karaoke sessions, the video showcases their fun and quirky friendship.

Alexander 23 first burst onto the music scene with his debut single “Dirty AF1s,” which quickly topped streaming charts in 2019. Later that year, he released his critically acclaimed EP ‘I’m Sorry I Love You’ and toured with Alec Benjamin and Omar Apollo. In 2020, he sold out his debut headline shows and achieved RIAA Platinum Certification for his viral single “IDK You Yet,” which has been streamed over 400 million times on Spotify alone.

His career continued to ascend in 2021 with a sold-out headline tour and a Grammy nomination for his co-production on Olivia Rodrigo’s hit “good 4 u.” In 2022, he released his debut album ‘Aftershock,’ co-produced by Dan Nigro, and supported John Mayer on the Sob Rock tour. He also executive produced Renee Rapp’s debut album ‘Snow Angel,’ which dropped in the summer of 2023.

With a significant fanbase in countries like the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia, Alexander 23 is set to captivate audiences throughout Asia on his ‘American Boy in Asia Tour.’ Don’t miss the chance to see him live in a city near you.
