Compiled from the votes of 1,080 gastronomic experts, including food journalists, chefs, and seasoned food enthusiasts, the list spans six continents, showcasing the global diversity of culinary excellence. The full list of the top 50 will be revealed live on stage in Las Vegas two weeks from today.

- Global Reach: The list includes 12 new entries from 11 different cities, ranging from Berlin and Mumbai to Seoul and Sydney.
- Geographic Diversity: Restaurants from 23 territories across six continents are featured, with notable entries from Asia, Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East, Africa, and Oceania.
- Top New Entry: Atelier Moessmer Norbert Niederkofler in Brunico, Italy, makes the highest new entry at No. 52.
