W Singapore – Sentosa Cove, the renowned luxury resort on Sentosa Island, is thrilled to announce an exciting new collaboration with Burnt Ends Bakery.
This partnership, part of W Singapore – Sentosa Cove’s refreshed programming, aims to offer guests an unparalleled dining experience by uniting two culinary powerhouses known for their wood-fired expertise and innovative culinary creations.
Burnt Ends Bakery, led by 1-Michelin Chef-Owner Dave Pynt, is celebrated for its artisanal bakes and Singapore’s only wood-fired bread oven. The bakery is famous for its creative offerings, including iconic brioche doughnuts. The pop-up menu will feature a curated selection of freshly baked croissants, sourdough loaves, decadent pastries, and signature cream-filled doughnuts with flavors like Nutella, Milo Dinosaur, and Pandan.
Guests can also enjoy a selection of coffees brewed with Burnt Ends Bakery’s house blend beans, perfectly complementing the pastry selection.
The exclusive pop-up will be hosted at SKIRT terrace, the hotel’s acclaimed steakhouse that recently received the Tatler Dining Awards 2024 following its relaunch in August. The W Singapore – Sentosa Cove and Burnt Ends Bakery pop-up experience will run from May 24, 2024, to June 16, 2024, every Friday to Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm.
