iQIYI Announces 300 New Shows: Youth With You International Partners with SBS’ Studio Prism, Launches Global Auditions

iQIYI’s 2024 Spring iJOY Conference has set the stage for an exhilarating lineup of over 300 new titles, promising an eclectic mix of top Chinese dramas and original variety shows. Among the highlights are Stephen Chow’s maiden venture into variety shows with “The King of Stand-Up Comedy,” and the much-anticipated international edition of “Youth with You,” co-produced by SBS’ Studio Prism.

A Global Extravaganza of Entertainment

Diving into the world of Chinese entertainment, viewers can anticipate a diverse array of offerings, including suspenseful urban dramas and captivating costume epics. Zhao Liying makes her genre debut in “What a Wonderful World,” portraying a character grappling with multiple personalities, while Sun Li ventures into suspense theater with “Breaking the Shadows.”

Variety Shows: A Star-Studded Affair

The inaugural international edition of “Youth With You” promises to be a global phenomenon, with Studio Prism lending its expertise to the production. This season will feature 100 contestants from around the world vying for a chance to debut as a boy group. Meanwhile, comedy aficionados are in for a treat as Stephen Chow steps into the realm of variety shows with his unique brand of humor.

Costume Dramas: Spectacles of Intrigue

The costume drama lineup is equally captivating, with highly-anticipated series such as “Fangs of Fortune,” “Reborn to Love,” and the “Fox Spirit Matchmaker” series captivating audiences with their rich storytelling and stunning visuals.

Exciting Contests and Giveaways

To celebrate Tulipmania’s milestone 10th edition, Gardens by the Bay will be giving away complimentary cut tulips in Flower Dome over the weekend of May 4 and May 5 from 9am, on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.
