The festivities kick off on May 10th at SKIRT, where Alice Cheongdam’s acclaimed mixologists, Terry Kim and Leo Kim, will showcase a specially crafted cocktail menu. Paired with Chef de Cuisine Paul Chong’s tantalizing bite-sized creations, these cocktails are inspired by the whimsical themes of the speakeasy lounge, transporting guests to a world reminiscent of Lewis Carroll’s imagination. Join us from 6-9pm for an evening of enchantment, with cocktails starting from SGD 26++.
On May 11th, head to Woo Bar from 7pm onwards for an unforgettable evening of curated cocktails by Terry Kim and Leo Kim, accompanied by a selection of raw plates including Tartare, Ceviche, Sashimi, and Oysters. The ambiance will be enhanced by live music performances by vocalist Charmaine Pelaez, promising a night to remember. Cocktails start from SGD 26++.
The REFRESH weekend culminates in an exquisite Mother’s Day brunch on May 12th from 12-3pm. Indulge in a spread of artisanal dishes and refreshing spritzers at the kitchen table, savor a Blackmore beef buffet at SKIRT, and treat yourself to a dessert and cheese lounge at WOOBAR.
