Vietjet Expands Flight Network: Introduces Ho Chi Minh City – Xi’an Route

Vietjet continues to soar to new heights with the addition of a direct route linking Ho Chi Minh City and Xi’an, China. Building on its recent successes with Shanghai and Chengdu services, Vietjet is set to be the first airline to connect Vietnam’s bustling economic center to China’s historic capital, Xi’an. Commencing on April 29, 2024, the Ho Chi Minh City – Xi’an route will operate with four return flights per week. Departing from Ho Chi Minh City on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays at 20:05 local time, travelers will touch down at Xi’an Xianyang International Airport at 01:30 the following day local time. Return flights from Xi’an to Ho Chi Minh City will operate on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, departing at 02:30 local time and arriving in Ho Chi Minh City at 06:25 local time.

Xi’an, the capital of Shaanxi Province in China’s Northwestern region, holds a significant place in history as an ancient city that served as the capital for thirteen dynasties.
