SingPost Introduces Mail Dash: Singapore’s First Postal Board Game

Singapore Post (SingPost) recently launched its inaugural board game, Mail Dash. The game revolves around delivering mails across Singapore and is designed to bring friends and families together for a fun and educational gaming experience inspired by postal operations.

Priced at $70.55 per set, Mail Dash is positioned as an engaging activity suitable for all ages, promising hours of entertainment. With a simple setup and gameplay, the game accommodates 2 to 6 players, making it ideal for gatherings and family game nights.

In Mail Dash, players take on the role of postmen, racing against each other to deliver their mail across the city.

One of the highlights of Mail Dash is its educational aspect, particularly for young players looking to learn more about the post offices, postal operations and the locations of towns in Singapore. Through gameplay, participants can enhance their knowledge of Singapore’s geographical map, familiarising themselves with the locations of towns and their proximity to one another.

Mail Dash is a really simple game to learn and pick up. My son and I were able to play it after reading the short instructional leaflet in under 5 minutes. The gameplay is pretty straightaway, with some strategising required in order to maximise each of your turn, but it is still easy enough for the little ones.

After one gameplay, my son now knows that Seletar is near to Punggol where we live.

The price of the board game is on the steep side and we would think this would only appeal to post and stamps aficionados. For parents who like a fun way to educate your kids on the geographical locations of Singapore towns, this would be a great gift too.

Mail Dash is available for purchase online at Shop @ Singapore Post.
