Contest Eligibility and Process

To participate, contestants must be 18 years old and above as of March 31st, 2024. They must also follow the PropertyGuru TikTok account and submit their reason for wanting to win a month’s rent/mortgage payment by the final date. Participants must have a public TikTok account, be residing in Singapore, and either be a tenant or a mortgagor of a property in Singapore.

Winners will be chosen by PropertyGuru based on the most creative responses submitted. Each participant is eligible to submit multiple entries, but each participant is only eligible to win one prize.

Prize and Collection Process

The prizes consist of five cash prizes of SGD$4,000 each. Winners will be contacted and required to sign a talent release form before collecting their prizes. Prizes will be issued by cheque and collected in person.
