Marking his first collaboration of the year, Chef Mathew Leong invites diners on a journey of gastronomic delight with a five-course set menu at Dusk, Mount Faber Peak. Running from March 11 to 15, 2024, this limited-time pop-up dining experience is inspired by the harmonious blend of Nordic and Asian flavors, drawing inspiration from the serene yet bustling nature of Singapore’s iconic Mount Faber.

Available for dinner only, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the meticulously crafted five-course set menu is priced at SGD 188++, with an optional wine-pairing upgrade available at SGD 268++.
