Embark on A Culinary Soiree in the Sky with Singapore Flyer’s Elevated Festive Dining Specials

As the holiday season unfolds, Singapore Flyer unveils a revamped 165 Sky Dining experience, taking guests to new heights with breathtaking views, delectable cuisine, and festive specials that promise to elevate the dining experience.

165 Sky Dining: A Culinary Odyssey Above the Clouds

Formerly known as Singapore Flyer Sky Dining, the revitalized 165 Sky Dining now offers three mesmerizing 30-minute rotations, providing diners with extended moments to savor the spectacular scenery 165 meters above ground. The experience includes a revamped menu curated by Chef Wyvin Yap, a luminary in French cuisine, who brings two decades of expertise to the table.

Indulge in a four-course dinner extravaganza priced at $520 nett for two, featuring a constantly evolving amuse-bouche, a starter, an appetizer, four main course options, and a divine dessert. Culminating the gastronomic journey is a petit four crafted by the internationally acclaimed chocolatier, Janice Wong. With personalized boarding from the VIP Lounge and the delightful company of an in-capsule host, 165 Sky Dining promises a night of culinary indulgence against the backdrop of Marina Bay’s waterfront.

A Symphony of Flavors by Chef Wyvin Yap

Chef Yap’s culinary mastery unfolds in each element, showcasing unbridled creativity and innovation. The ever-changing amuse-bouche adds an element of surprise to the dining experience, setting the tone for an exquisite meal. The menu also features a curated selection of local brands, including Gryphon Tea Company and Janice Wong Singapore, embodying Singapore Flyer’s commitment to promoting local culture and products.

As a bonus, guests partaking in the 165 Sky Dining experience receive complimentary admission to the Time Capsule attraction – a multisensorial journey through the rich tapestry of Singapore’s history.
