Starting 1 December, passengers aboard Cathay Pacific flights are in for a cinematic treat, with over 100 hours of captivating films, series, and documentaries from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic. Imagine having the magic of Disney right at your fingertips, soaring through the skies. This includes exclusive Disney+ content never before available on Cathay Pacific flights, ensuring a truly unique and unforgettable entertainment experience.

Among the highlights awaiting passengers are the first two episodes of Marvel Studios’ Loki (Season 1), the eagerly anticipated Obi-Wan Kenobi (Season 1), and family favorites like Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers and Disenchanted. Delve into the wonders of Earth with documentaries such as Welcome to Earth and Limitless with Chris Hemsworth, or enjoy lighthearted moments with family shows like Muppets Now.

Cathay Pacific, recognized as the recipient of the World’s Best Inflight Entertainment Award for 2023 at the SKYTRAX World Airline Awards, continues to push the boundaries of inflight entertainment. Boasting the largest movie and TV library in Asia-Pacific, every seat on every aircraft is equipped with seatback entertainment. The airline’s commitment to technological innovation is evident with the introduction of the Airbus A321neo to its fleet. Cathay Pacific proudly became the world’s first airline to provide 4K ultra-high-definition screens, a 4K video-on-demand experience, and Bluetooth audio streaming across all cabins. Passengers can now enjoy Hollywood and Asian blockbusters in stunning 4K quality using their own Bluetooth-enabled headphones.

On the A350, Cathay Pacific introduces a cutting-edge graphical user interface (GUI), enhancing the overall inflight entertainment experience. The dark theme ensures comfortable viewing and minimal disturbance for fellow passengers, while interactive flight maps add a touch of interactivity.
