Sip, snack & repeat: Brews Bonanza 2023 in Tampines Mall

Get into the holiday spirit by enjoying great food, savouring craft beers, and grooving to good music! Tampines Mall is proud to present Brews Bonanza 2023 happening from 15 to 21 November 2023, from 11am to 930pm, at Level 1 Atrium. 

The week-long event promises a gastronomical feast of local food, snacks, and thirst-quenching beers. And of course, nothing completes this brew-tiful experience quite like toe-tapping live performances from local bands featuring Brandon & Zerlane, Huibing Ng and Stella.

So what’s in store for you at this sensory symphony of epicurean delights and musical wonders?

Archipelago Brewery

In charge of brewing the finest artisanal brews at the event is Archipelago Brewery. Masters in the art of brewing since 1931, each sip of some of their signature concoctions like Summer IPA, Singapore Blonde Ale, and Tropical Pale Ale promises a kaleidoscope of flavours, from sweet and bitter to malty and hoppy.

If you’re looking to try something out of the box, the limited edition El Hefe Archipelago is on the must-try list! 

Breadfirst Everyday

Breadfirst Everyday is known for its brunch choices, but they also have other offerings you can’t say no to. 

If you’re planning to come by for an afternoon snack, we suggest you try their 2pc Sliders with plain Fries for $8 or the $12 Shaker Fries which you can have in Truffle, Sour Cream, Seaweed, or Spicy Garlic flavour. 

Looking for something more filling? You can never go wrong with their Thai Yellow Curry or Spicy Salad both priced at $8. Popcorn Chicken is a good idea too! Available flavours are sour cream, seaweed, and spicy garlic. 

Baan Kanom Thai

Transport yourself to the Land of Smiles when you devour authentic Thai snacks and desserts at Baan Kanom Thai.

Owned by Chef Fon who has mastered Thai delicacies over the years and wanted Singaporeans to taste and enjoy authentic Thai snacks and desserts, each snack and dessert is not just freshly baked to perfection but also handmade with the love and passion of Chef Fon. 

Their menu includes the crowd-favourite Mango Sticky Rice for $7, Thai Coconut Pudding for $5, Thai Pandan Pudding for $4, and Thai Red Ruby in Coconut Milk for $6. 

Thai Pandan Pancakes cost $5.50 for 10 pcs and $10.50 for 20 pcs, Thai Sweet Potato Pancakes are $6 for 10 pcs and $11.50 for 20 pcs. Don’t forget to try their $3.50 Thai Milk Tea! 

The Snack Family

Been meaning to try the Snack Family’s Seaweed Crackers and Pasta Chips? Now’s the time to go all out on snackin’, with spicy and non-spicy options available to accommodate everyone’s palette. 

Be sure to take home familiar favourites like Salted Egg, Himalayan Salt, and Truffles. Or better yet, step on the wild side and try the Mala, Wasabi, and Tom Yum Seaweed Cracker flavours.

Meanwhile, if you fancy the Pasta Chips, don’t miss out on the Smoked Chili and Garlic, Spicy Grilled Prawn, and Black Pepper. If you don’t like the heat, you’ll love their Sour and Cream Onion, Tomato, and Cheese flavours. 

And with sizes available at 130g and 175g, you can snack away solo or split it with a pal.

Noi Noi Sausages

For a surefire winner on the palate, you can’t go wrong with enjoying a beer in one hand and Noi Noi Sausages in the other. Known for their Singapore-made sausages, make sure to order their Bacon Sausage for only $5. Feel like having it in a bun? You can add on a bun for only $1. 

Their gourmet sausage options include Bacon Pork Roll, Chicken Cheese, Pork Cheese, Basil Pork, and Mala Pork. 

Wunderfolks

Wunderfolks started as a home-based business in 2021 that specialises in Handmade Tarts, Viennoiseries, and Tiramisu. Today, they’ve expanded their menu by including Croissants, Choux, and other seasonal bakes. 

While they deliver island-wide, you can visit them at the Brew Bonanza 2023 and buy handmade classic pastries. Wunderfolks has a wide option for tart flavours that include Dark Chocolate, Mixed Fruits, Lychee, Lemony Meringue, Matcha, Mango Passionfruit, Coco daisy (coconut pineapple) and Maple Pecan!

For croissants, you can choose from Pain Au Chocolat, Garlic Brioche, Ham and Cheese, Truffle Mushroom, and original croissant. They also have Earl Grey, Salted egg, as well as Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt-flavoured cookies.

Rock Out to Live Music Performances

The icing on the cake of Brews Bonanza 2023? A slew of live music performances for the ultimate weekend experience in Tampines Mall.

Catch the melodic voice of Brandon & Zerlane on 17 November, the genre-defying Hui Bing Ng on 18 November, and the distinctive pop Stella on 19 November.
