From golden roasts to artisanal Yule logs, the stage is set for a remarkable celebration of flavors and traditions.

Celebrate the Festive Season at Iconic Venues

Set in the grand ambience of these iconic hotels, joyous gatherings await with Thanksgiving feasts, Christmas dinners, Festive Afternoon Tea, New Year’s Eve countdown parties, and much more. The ambiance itself adds a touch of magic to your celebrations.

Festive Takeaway Collection: Early Bird Special

The Fullerton’s very own house-made Festive Takeaway Collection is now available for purchase via shop.fullertonhotels.com and at The Fullerton Cake Boutique, located at both hotels. Here’s a little treat for you: the Early Bird Special runs from 1 to 12 November 2023, offering up to 25 percent off for online pre-orders.

Savor the Gourmet Roasts and Take-home Brunch

This season, expect some delightful twists on traditional favorites. The Roasted Laksa Turkey (S$258 nett) is a flavorful surprise marinated with aromatic laksa spices. It comes with nasi kunyit (coconut and turmeric rice) mixed with cranberries, pickled vegetables, peanuts, ikan bilis crackers, and spiced coconut gravy. On the other hand, the Slow-roasted Japanese Black Pork Belly (S$208 nett) offers a festive spin on the beloved kong bak pau. It’s served with fluffy lotus leaf buns, pickled papaya, and 10-spice soy sauce.

New offerings this year also include the Tangerine and Rosemary Australian Lamb Shank (S$238 nett) and the Sea Bass Fillet en Papillote (S$128 nett) accompanied by all the delicious trimmings.

For a lavish spread at home, consider the Festive Brunch at Home (S$558 nett), a generous feast for four with 12 delectable dishes. It includes poached seafood, roasted turkey roulade, pan-fried barramundi, and mouthwatering festive desserts.

Limited-edition Christmas Cake: A Work of Art

Executive Pastry Chef Siddharth Prabhu unveils his new limited-edition creation, the Christmas Wonderland Fruitcake (S$188 nett). This masterpiece is a charming rendition of The Fullerton’s best-selling rum fruitcake. With intricate 3D fondant embellishments of a polar bear, a penguin, and pine trees, it transports you to the enchanting North Pole. The cake features a dense and aromatic crumb, with mixed fruit soaked in brandy for six months. It’s finished with a rich frosting of brandy crème, adding a celebratory touch to your festivities.

Delight in the Yule Log Collection

This year’s Yule log selection includes two quintessential classics and three locally inspired creations. Designed to balance the richness of your festive feast, the locally inspired flavors offer bright and refreshing notes of tropical fruits and blossoms.

For a taste reminiscent of the familiar bandung beverage, indulge in the new Rose Lychee Berry Yule Log (S$82 nett). It’s a delicate composition of lychee crème, rose-infused raspberries, vanilla bavarois, and raspberry chiffon.

In the Coconut Snow Pandan Yule Log (S$82 nett), ‘White Christmas’ meets classic Peranakan flavors. It boasts silky coconut mousse, pineapple and passion fruit compôte, and pandan chiffon, sweetened with the toffee-like notes of Gula Melaka and dusted with a blanket of shredded coconut ‘snow’.

Completing the collection, the Tropical Mango Pomelo Yule Log (S$82 nett) offers a sunny medley of mango and passion fruit mousse, yuzu-infused sago, pomelo, and coconut Joconde (almond sponge).

If you prefer timeless flavors, consider the Fullerton Signature Black Forest Yule Log (S$88 nett) or the Madagascar Vanilla Mont Blanc Yule Log (S$88 nett). The former features tart Morello cherries and dark chocolate crémeux, while the latter boasts luscious chestnut crème and fragrant vanilla mousse.

Indulge in Traditional Christmas Bakes

Chocolate lovers are in for a treat with the new Nutella Chocolate Panettone (S$68 nett). It’s piped with swirls of velvety Nutella, Valrhona Manjari 64% dark chocolate, and topped with hazelnuts. You can also savor Fullerton’s signature offerings, prepared according to time-honored recipes. The Traditional Stollen (S$58 nett) reveals a sweet core of almond paste, while the Classic Panettone (S$68 nett) is baked using the traditional method with festive spices, candied orange peel, raisins, and lemon.

The Holiday Greetings Hamper: Perfect for Sharing

Ideal for cherished family and business associates, the Holiday Greetings Hamper (S$399 nett) overflows with festive treats. It includes a house-made Traditional Stollen, a Fullerton Festive Plush Bear, a bottle of The Fullerton Blend Pio Cesare Nebbiolo, Fullerton Grand Tea from TWG Tea, and an assortment of coffee bags from Bacha Coffee, among other delightful goodies. For a more lavish gift, the Jubilant Greetings Hamper (S$688 nett) includes a bottle of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs NV and more festive treats.
