Hilton Singapore Orchard Presents Artistry in Bloom – A Nature-Inspired Cake Collection at Ginger.Lily

Hilton Singapore Orchard’s botanical-inspired lobby bar and lounge, Ginger.Lily, recently introduced its latest culinary delight, Artistry in Bloom. This collection of nature-inspired cakes is created by Executive Pastry Chef Cindy Khoo.

Starting from 8 September, guests can indulge in these exquisite creations that blend French culinary finesse with Japanese premium ingredients, offering a visual and gastronomic experience that mirrors the botanical wonder of Ginger.Lily.

Check out how beautiful these cakes are:

Chef Cindy Khoo, inspired by her extensive travels through tea houses, renowned confectionaries, and immersive experiences in Kyoto, Osaka, and Tokyo, crafts these cakes with a profound appreciation for Japanese pastries and classical French baking.

Among the delightful creations in the collection is The Sunflower (whole $75, small $12), a masterpiece infused with Bergamot Tea-infused Pain de Gênes, Alphonso Mango Compote, and Mango Mousse.
