PropertyGuru is set to revolutionize the property search journey with the launch of ‘The Grand Property Quest.’ This exciting venture is a testament to the brand’s unwavering commitment to guide both new and experienced property seekers through the essential considerations when purchasing a property, staying true to their promise of “We’ll see you home.” The contest promises adventure, exploration, and rewards, with prizes exceeding a whopping $70,000, including a grand prize of SGD 50,000, aimed at enriching the home search journey for prospective buyers.

A Solution for Singapore’s Home Seekers

Amidst the challenges faced by over half of Singaporeans in purchasing their first homes, PropertyGuru’s latest bi-annual PropertyGuru Consumer Sentiment Study (CSS) H2 2023 reveals some staggering statistics. A significant 51% of non-property owners in Singapore are grappling with the difficulty of acquiring their initial home. This sentiment is most pronounced among singles (55%), closely followed by married couples with children (49%). Inflation, the high cost of living, and soaring property prices have all contributed to the hurdles faced by aspiring homeowners.

‘The Grand Property Quest’ promises a curated selection of condominiums designed to align with diverse lifestyle aspirations, rekindling enthusiasm and confidence in the house-hunting journey.

Explore a World of Possibilities

The heart of ‘The Grand Property Quest’ lies in the collection of private condominium projects, including 19 Nassim, Grand Dunman, Klimt Cairnhill, Orchard Sophia, Parksuites, Pinetree Hill, and Terra Hill. This array of options grants property seekers a multitude of perspectives, enabling them to make well-informed decisions on their quest for the dream home.

How to Join the Quest

From today till 31 December 2023, home seekers can embark on one of two quests by creating their Quest account here. This exciting competition offers a chance to win the grand prize of SGD 50,000 to turn their dream home into a reality. In addition to the grand prize, there’s a second prize of SGD 10,888 and a third prize of SGD 8,888, all in cash. Ten bonus prizes of SGD 500 each will also be awarded to the first ten property buyers to complete ‘The Grand Property Quest.’

To participate, contestants must select either Quest 1 or Quest 2, visit all the featured property sites by 31 December 2023, and provide proof of purchase for at least one property based on their chosen Quest by 15 January 2024. The lucky winners will be announced on 8 April 2024.

A Multi-Channel Marketing Approach

PropertyGuru is leaving no stone unturned with a comprehensive multi-channel marketing approach. This includes out-of-home (OOH) ads on billboards, buses, and a strong presence on digital and social platforms such as PropertyGuru’s Facebook and Instagram pages. They’re ensuring that everyone knows about ‘The Grand Property Quest.’

Property TourTalks: A Resounding Success

In September, PropertyGuru brought back the second edition of ‘Property TourTalks’ bus tours. These guided tours, hosted by PropertyGuru experts, provided property seekers with the latest local property updates, trends, and insights for every step of their property journey. With 208 attendees across eight unique bus routes, these tours proved to be an enormous success. Property seekers benefitted from valuable exchanges with property and home mortgage experts, making their home-seeking journey more fruitful and less stressful.

PropertyGuru’s Consumer Sentiment Study, conducted bi-annually since 2009, measures property sentiments and expectations around the property market. The study aids consumers, property agents, and developers in gaining a better perspective of the local property market. The Consumer Sentiment Study H2 2023 surveyed 1,036 Singaporeans via online questionnaires between 9 June and 12 July 2023.
