Here are the Winners of Under Armour’s UA COMBINE 2023: Pushing Boundaries and Celebrating Champions

On October 21, the competitive fitness scene in Singapore was set ablaze as Under Armour made its triumphant return with the highly anticipated second edition of UA COMBINE. Held at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre, this dynamic event witnessed 309 of Singapore’s top athletes going head-to-head across eight challenging fitness tests, pushing their limits, and surpassing personal records in the quest for the coveted title of UA COMBINE SINGAPORE 2023 Champion.

Intense Competition in the Men’s Division

The Men’s Division proved to be a thrilling battleground, with competitors like Dan Smith and Kangyin Lim going toe-to-toe for the top spot. Smith showcased his prowess with two Top 5 finishes, while Lim dominated with four, including a lightning-fast 20M Sled Push (Power) in just 4.75 seconds. In the end, with a mere 2-point margin, Dan Smith emerged victorious as the UA COMBINE SINGAPORE 2023 Men’s Division Champion, clinching the title after a fierce battle.

Unforgettable Moments in the Women’s Division

The Women’s Division was equally electrifying, as female athletes displayed unwavering determination and extraordinary skills. UA COMBINE SINGAPORE 2023 Women’s Division Champion, Sze Ying Soh, left a lasting impression, securing the top positions for both the Pull Up Beep Test (Stamina) with 20 reps and the 3RM Bench Press (Strength) with an impressive 75kg lift. Kerstin Ong, the first runner-up, also shone, dominating both the 40 Yard Dash (Speed) at 5.05 seconds and the Vertical Jump Test (Vertical) at a remarkable 47cm high.

Youth Division: Rising Stars Shine Bright

Age was no barrier for the youngest champions in the Youth Division. Chloe Young, crowned champion of the UA COMBINE SG 2023 Youth (Female) Division, showcased her incredible abilities by securing the top spot in five out of eight tests. Similarly, Jonas Wu, who claimed the championship in the UA COMBINE SG 2023 Youth (Male) Division, impressed everyone by emerging as the leader in five tests.

  • Winner (Female) – Chloe Young (69 points)

The Road Ahead

Following a series of successful competitions in Singapore and across the region, UA COMBINE 2023 will continue in Bangkok, Thailand, on 28 October, and conclude in Manila, Philippines, on 19 November.
