Renowned mixologists Lorenzo Antinori and Shelley Tai, despite their diverse backgrounds, share a profound love for Hong Kong. They’ve channeled their passion into crafting the “HK Ginspiration” cocktails. Using N.I.P Rare Dry Gin or N.I.P CATNIP Tea Gin No.2 Da Hong Pao as their base, these cocktails showcase the unique flavors of the city.
