Enter the one-of-a-kind Upside Down retail experience of the Stranger Things – The Encounter: Singapore today at Bugis+

From 30 June to 1 October 2023, you will get to experience in person, Stranger Things – The Encounter: Singapore, an interactive retail experience full of 80’s nostalgia, unexpected surprises, and more, brought to you by The Mighty Jaxx Group in collaboration with Netflix.

Stranger Things – The Encounter: Singapore follows the phenomenal successes of Netflix’s Stranger Things: The Official Store that has toured key global cities including Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Paris and Milan.

Stranger Things – The Encounter: Singapore will be held from 30 June to 1 October 2023 right in the heart of Singapore, at Bugis+, Level 2 and 7. The immersive retail experience will run daily from 2 pm to 10 pm on weekdays, and 10 am to 10 pm on Fridays and weekends.

The Encounter on Level 7 spans roughly 45 minutes and XPass tickets are priced starting at S$39 per person on weekdays, or a S$109 Priority Pass ticket that includes an exclusive merchandise bundle.

Step back into the ’80s and join Hawkins High’s Hellfire Club for Game Night. It’s all fun and games until… things turn upside down. As you enjoy various retail spaces, you are taken to iconic locations in Stranger Things, including Joyce’s House, The Lab, The Upside Down, and even the infamous Creel House. Assuming one makes it out safely, Surfer Boy Pizza and Scoops Ahoy await with delicious treats.

Stranger Things fans who wish to avoid getting stuck upside down or ensnared in the clutches of Vecna and the Demogorgons can opt to take a nostalgic step back into the 80s and enjoy the Starcourt Mall Area with an alternative S$15 Starcourt pass where fans can find a plethora of Stranger Things merchandise to commemorate their visit.

The complimentary Stranger Things Visitor Center on Level 2 is available to all mall guests. Themed the Palace Arcade, this area houses a photo opportunity zone perfect for all your social feeds, a Demopets statue and a retail zone for select Stranger Things merchandise.

Tickets are limited for this exclusive encounter. While walk-ins are welcome, guaranteed entry and preferred time slots are available by booking tickets here.

Starting 16 May to 31 May, fans can purchase discounted early bird tickets. 1 June onwards, regular ticket pricing will apply. Groups and corporate bookings are welcome.

Tickets start at S$15 for access into the Starcourt area, S$39 for a full Encounter and a Mega Merchandise Bundle Pack and Priority Pass are available for S$109. A free opportunity is available for photo moments on Level 2.
